Cancellation/ Refund/ Exchange Policy
Booking training with us is a commitment to train on your given course dates. Likewise, enrolling in a multi-course membership is claiming a spot that another student could have utilized
For these reasons, all training sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
However, we understand life happens and we want you to get the training you need!
That’s why all trainings, course and membership fees are transferable to our other offerings which means we will accommodate your need to reschedule any number of reasonable times to do our best to make sure you get the training you deserve.
We will however offer refunds or give you a credit towards our other products / services in the highly unlikely event that Belmont College needs to CANCEL a course, membership, or other service.
